Chef Oliver is a chef who is passionate about cooking.
He changed his job from a clerical job to a professional chef many years ago. He has since been deeply influenced by the Italian food culture. He has worked in different Italian restaurants for many years, including Jamies Italia and Osteria Marzia.
Since then, he has built his knowledge on Italian dishes including different types of meat to different seafood cooking. In recent years, he has begun to delve into Italian cuisine-based Fusion dishes, and try to use seasonal ingredients from other countries to blend into Italian cuisine.
Passionate chef, creative use of ingredients, and overall a soft hearted person.
