Passionate chef, creative use of ingredients, and overall a soft hearted person.

He is a Professional chef of 22+ years . With an international background of Culinary Arts, and a constant student of the History of Food its travels throughout the ages, he tries to bring each guest a Culinary adventure when he cook.

He was born in India and grew up in the tea plantations of the Nilgiris. Study catering at the A.I.I.H.M.S at Madras in 1986 for Catering Technology and Nutrition. As a special course he studied Ayurvedic Cuisine and how to keep good health and balance.
In Hong Kong, He was known as the Magic Chef, for his ability in preparing a range of food, whether for a Private Gathering, or a 150 people catering event.
As a professional chef his culinary abilities span cuisines of different regions of the world, each cuisine style is carefully studied and dishes created to please the palette, and the senses.
Also, he is the only chef in South East Asia to prepare the very little heard of and known about Parsi Cuisine of India, as well as Iranian Cuisine. On the cuisine offering, he is capable of cooking almost all types of cuisines of the world.
In Hong Kong he is the only chef in South East Asia and Far East to cook Parsi Cuisine of India, Balti Cuisine, and certain other cuisines.
He worked in most parts of the world as an architect and chef until returning to Hong Kong in 2011, and becoming a full time chef.  During the years of 2012~2018, he ran a large catering facility to cater to various needs of schools, corporates and other events.
He also began Personal Chef services during this time  and have built a good customer following over the years. He has also been recently accepted into the prestigious World Chefs Association Societies, Paris, as a member of the organization.
