Master Zheng is a chef who is passionate about cooking.
Master Zheng entered the industry at the age of 16, and discovered a strong interest in Japanese cooking since he was a child. Since the age of 16, he has been studying sushi and cooking with authentic Japanese chefs in Japnese special restaurants since.
Master Zheng officially joined the industry after graduation, and was promoted from a sushi apprentice to a sushi chef. He as been in the industry for more than eight years and has worked in many prestigious and authentic Japanese restaurants, such as Taitatsu and Shizuko. Organized hundreds of chefs’ Omakase and catering service, and received a kind of support and praise from diners.
