Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum charge $6500
  • Buffet minimum charge $20000
  • Following dates minimum charge $8000

-The above minimum consumption, excluding round-trip fare
-Only two menus with different prices can be selected for each single meal
-Only one type of cuisine can be selected for each meal (except Japanese food* can choose with Teppanyaki or Omakase in one single meal)
  • 1) Prices on the menus are listed per person, guests can also provide a budget for tailor-making the menu.
  • 2a) On-site Chef Half of the entire order will be charged as a confirmed booking deposit
  • 2b) Party Catering Service and Ingredients and Chef’s Homemade Products ,the entire order amount will be charged first
  • 3) After confirming the reservation, cancellation must be notified in advance.
  • 4) Guests generally dine for 2-3 hours, and the chef will arrive at the venue 1-3 hours before the meal time to prepare.
  • 5) After confirming the reservation, if there is a reduction in the number of people, please notify us. Additional people can be arranged depending on the situation on the day.
  • 6) After confirming the reservation, the number of deductions must be made three days before, and the additional number of people can be arranged according to the situation on the day
  • 7) Please inform the chef when placing the order if the customer has any special requirements or is extremely sensitive to any dishes. The chef might not be able to accommodate the particular request if the information was changed on the spot or with little advance notice.
  • 8) There will be a transportation fee for each meal (please refer to the chart above)
  • 9) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or other severe weather conditions are issued by the Observatory on the day of the appointment, the service will be unable to proceed. Customers are required to contact us and choose another date for delivery/service. No refund service is available.

  • * If the location has a staircases, there will be an extra fee of $800 for the cooks to transport the equipment.
  • * Due to the use of heavy-duty professional teppanyaki stoves for teppanyaki meals, this service cannot be provided if the dining place has long stairscase

  • 1) Photos of the dining place (photos of the dining table and kitchen)
  • 2) Please also leave a space in the refrigerator for the chef to temporarily store the food ingredients on that day
