We created unique dishes in JunonDuring my tenure, I appeared as a guest orinterviewee in different media outlets. I achieved the GoldAward at the Asian Elite Chefs' Gathering in Japan.Subsequently, I assumed the position of Executivechef at 1111 Restaurant in Central, with the aimof incorporating Hong Kong's dining culture intoWestern cuisine.
